Jenna Rae Cakes, renowned for their delightful confections, faced challenges in managing complex order details, including varied pickup and delivery schedules, as well as coordination across multiple internal departments.​

To address these issues, FireNet Designs developed a bespoke Shopify application tailored to their unique operational needs. By utilizing cart attributes, we captured specific customer preferences for pickup and local delivery times. Additionally, we implemented order tags to categorize orders by departments such as Kitchen, Cakes, and Macarons.​

This custom solution empowered the Jenna Rae Cakes team to efficiently filter and process orders based on the customers' chosen pickup or delivery dates, rather than the default Shopify creation date. Moreover, staff could seamlessly sort orders according to their respective departments, ensuring streamlined workflows and enhanced productivity.​

The implementation of this application led to significant improvements in order accuracy, reduced processing time, and elevated customer satisfaction.
