Jenna Rae Cakes, a beloved bakery known for its whimsical treats, faced challenges with their WordPress site—complex product options, disjointed pickup and shipping processes, and frequent downtime during high-traffic periods.​

FireNet Designs stepped in to overhaul their digital storefront. We migrated their website to Shopify, ensuring a seamless transition that preserved their brand essence. Our team restructured product data, enabling intuitive filtering and selection for customers. We developed a unified cart system that elegantly handled pickup, local delivery, and shipping, eliminating previous customer confusion.​

Collaboration was key. Working closely with co-founder and designer Ashley, we selected a Shopify theme that resonated with their brand. Through Figma, we refined the design, balancing aesthetic appeal with functional efficiency.​

To empower the Jenna Rae Cakes team, we conducted comprehensive training sessions, supplemented with detailed documentation and video tutorials. This ensured they could confidently manage their new platform.​
