Chloe, the visionary behind Showpony, approached FireNet Designs with a desire to deepen customer relationships through personalized engagement. Her goal was to celebrate each customer's birthday with a unique email campaign that not only acknowledged their special day but also offered exclusive incentives.​

The envisioned campaign included a pre-birthday email to build anticipation, followed by a birthday email featuring a time-sensitive, one-time-use discount code. Additionally, customers who met a minimum purchase threshold of $100 would receive a complimentary choker necklace as a gift with purchase (GWP).​

While the concept was straightforward, the execution required meticulous customization within Klaviyo. Our team collaborated closely with Klaviyo's support and development resources to engineer a solution that ensured:​

  • Single-Use Discount Codes: Each customer received a unique code, valid for a limited time, reinforcing exclusivity and urgency.​
  • Automated GWP Allocation: The system automatically added the complimentary choker necklace to qualifying orders, streamlining the redemption process.​

This bespoke integration transformed Showpony's birthday campaign into a seamless, automated process that resonated with customers. The initiative not only enhanced customer loyalty but also established a steady, predictable revenue stream, exemplifying the power of personalized marketing.
